		<description>@Lucia: Like any other protein supplement, you cannot take it without committing to a serious workout routine. I recommend you take it either before or after your workout OR as a meal replacement. Do not take it before going to bed or on days that you do not workout, not until you have lost weight and want to build more muscle.</description>

It is important you commit to a workout routine at least 3 days a week, eat only healthy foods and drink only water.
